Singing Our Chakras

In the language of Sanskrit the word chakra means wheel of light. According to the ancient Vedic tradition there are seven spinning wheels of light spaced between the base of our spine and the crown of our head, drawing the energy, or ‘prana’, from the cosmos that sustains and ultimately illuminates our beings.
